To successfully perform the role of Product Manager at Nalgoo s.r.o., it is essential to have a clear understanding of this position. What will be your role?

As a Product Manager at Nalgoo s.r.o., your responsibilities will include:

Developing and implementing product strategies aligned with company goals.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define product requirements and specifications.
Managing the product lifecycle from conception through launch and subsequent iterations.
Conducting market research and analysis to identify customer needs and industry trends.
Prioritizing features and enhancements based on business value and technical feasibility.
Communicating effectively with stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency.
Monitoring product performance and making data-driven decisions for continuous improvement.

What do we expect from you?

A minimum of 3 years of experience in the role of Product Manager or in a related field, with proven success in managing product lifecycles.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret market trends to identify opportunities for product development.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with development, marketing, and sales teams.
The ability to lead and motivate a team, as well as manage multiple projects simultaneously, with a focus on meeting deadlines and maintaining quality standards.

Proficiency in English at an advanced level, with the capability to communicate effectively in an international setting.
